Hello, I am Rhys and I am the Groomer's assistant for Divine Doggies. I began dog grooming with occasional weekend help at the start of the year until May 2025 when I recieved my level 2 Groomer's assistant qualification and decided this is the career for me. Since then it has been a pleasure to ensure the grooming process is as happy and relaxed as possible for every single dog that comes through the door. -
Zinnia
Hello. I am Zinnia, Lead groomer at Divine Doggies. I have been grooming dogs since i was 9 years old when i discovered my passion for it while helping my mum with her dog grooming business. Since then, I have completed my level 2 & 3 dog grooming qualifications, Dog and Human first aid and spent 5 years teaching level 2 and 3 grooming skills to students at a grooming academy. I specialise in particularly aggressive and nervous dogs and pride myself on our ability to make every experience as happy as possible for our dogs, no matter the temperament. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Pricing Structure
Our charges are not just breed or size based but are dictated by the time spent by our qualified groomer, products used and any extra work that may be entailed before or after your groom. We try to set our charges reasonably to reflect this but there are things that can increase the charges we have to levy. Sometimes these can be unexpected but if you and your dog are well prepared then most supplementary fees can be avoided.

- This is quoted using prior experience/knowledge of your dog/breed
- Usual grooming products for groom selected
- Additional extra treatments avaialble on request

We charge extra for
- Anal Gland Expression
- Flea Treatment
- Cleaning Salon due to fleas on your dog
- Badly behaved dogs if they take longer
- De-matting - which is preventable with regular washing and grooming
Important Information About Your Grooming Treatment
First impressions are everything. We don't like to rush any consultation, whether on the phone or in person. We book a longer appointment time for new clients so please arrive on time for your consultation. We may ask a few questions about your dog's breed, grooming history, behaviour and coat condition. The more information we know, the more helpful we can be in knowing how much time to book for your dog or what personalised treatment he or she may need.
Divine Doggies makes every effort to make the experience a pleasant and relaxing one for you and your dog(s). Please read our treatment policies below prior to booking/visiting so you know what to expect before, during, and after your groom
You must agree to pay all costs for the grooming of your dog including but not limited to: special handling requirements, fouling, fleas, de-matting and fees due to late drop off/pick up or missed appointments. You agree to pick your dog up at the arranged time or sitting fees may be charged.

The Divine Doggies Experience
On first arrival at Divine Doggies, you and your beloved dog will be welcomed into a relaxed salon environment with a full consultation. We run a one to one grooming experience for your dog. This means reduced stress and a calm visit with plenty of love and cuddles as we treat every four legged customer as we would treat our own dogs.
Our elegant boutique salon is equipped to a high standard to reflect the high quality of service we aim to deliver to all of our clients.
